REQUIREMENTS

No pre-acquired photography skills are required, the trip is open to all skill levels. During the tour we will work on the individual skills of each participant. There will be some short walks on the trail .

In this specific trip the social and group aspect will allow us to fully experience Scotland, its people, its history and its nature.

PROGRAMME

After sunrise to admire the famous castle we will move towards the Isle of Skye also considered Scotland in miniature, where we will taste a bit of the vocal life in the fishing village of Portree.

Along the western coast, going up a wide and comfortable path we would admire the famous Old Man of Storr which dominates the surrounding landscape.

From there, still going up the coast, waterfalls and viewpoints over the surrounding landscape await us.

For sunset we will head towards the westernmost point of the island, Neist point and its lighthouse on the cliff below.

On this second day on the Isle of Skye we will go to admire waterfalls, including the famous Fairy pools, dream beaches surrounded by fairy-tale landscapes.

Weather permitting, for those interested, there will be the opportunity to visit the distillery of the famous Talisker whisky.

In the late afternoon we will leave the island towards the mainland.

We will admire the sunset along the beaches of Mallaig, from which with a bit of luck we could greet the departure of the famous Harry Potter steam train, and Morar.

We will spend the day exploring the Isle of Mull, a small jewel of the Inner Hebridies, with its rolling hills that embrace the surrounding sea, with white beaches, ancient castles and fishing villages.

In the late afternoon, we will take the last ferry of the day towards Oban, the capital of these distant lands. With a little luck, we will admire this seaside village painted by the warm light of the sunset.

We have reached the last day but the adventure is not over yet. On the way towards Edinburgh airport we will stop to admire a series of jewels including castle ruins along the lochs, waterfalls and a small canyon not far from the city of Glasgow.

Once you arrive at the airport it's time to say goodbye. For those who stay a few more days, the city of Edinburgh is a little gem that really deserves to be visited. We will be more than happy to give you some advice on where to stay and what to visit in the city.

Meet up at Edinburgh airport ready to start this adventure in the lands of Scotland.

We will head towards the nearby town of Stirling with its magnificent castle and monument to William Wallace, the Scottish hero (famous film Braveheart starring Mell Gibson).
